Thrive Health Solutions

Thrive Health Solutions, Denver, Colorado

A long-established Denver practice covering medical weight loss, hormone therapy and aesthetics, where GLP-1 treatment begins with a conversation about history, prior attempts and medications, with lab or hormone evaluation where appropriate. It maintains published pages for its pharmacies and its return and refund policy, which most clinics of this size do not. It also states a guarantee of medication potency and efficacy — a claim worth examining.

What stands out

  • Publishes both a pharmacies page and a return and refund policy as standing documents — two things most independent clinics in this directory do not have at all.
  • Frames the initial consultation around prior weight loss attempts and current medications rather than starting from a dose, which is the right clinical order.
  • Publishes patient-facing guidance on insurance coverage and prior authorisation requirements for medical weight loss.
  • States it guarantees the potency and efficacy of its medications. Potency is measurable and a pharmacy can certify it; efficacy in an individual patient is not something any provider can guarantee, and the claim is worth putting to them directly.
  • Cites 17 years of experience across weight loss, hormone balancing, anti-aging and aesthetics.
  • Publishes an all-inclusive package structure for hormone therapy including labs, but nothing equivalent for the weight programme.
  • No weight loss pricing appears anywhere on the pages we captured.

Questions to ask before you pay

These are things we could not settle from published pages, or that we think are easy to misread. Get answers in writing.

  • What does the weight programme cost, and does the price include the medication?
  • The site guarantees potency and efficacy. What exactly does that guarantee commit to, and what is the remedy if it is not met?
  • Which pharmacies are used, and are they 503A or 503B?
  • Is the GLP-1 branded or compounded?
  • Is lab work required for the weight programme specifically, and at what cost?

May suit

A Denver patient who wants a long-established local clinic with published policies, and who will pin down the price and the medication type at consultation.

Limitations

  • No published weight loss pricing.
  • The medication type is not stated.
  • The pharmacies are named on a page but not identified in what we captured.
  • An efficacy guarantee is not a claim any provider can meaningfully make.
  • Denver area only.

Frequently asked

Can a clinic guarantee that a medication works?

No. Potency is a different matter — a compounding pharmacy can test and certify that a vial contains the stated amount of active ingredient, and that is a reasonable thing to stand behind. Efficacy in an individual is not guaranteeable by anyone: response to GLP-1 therapy varies widely, and a meaningful minority of people do not tolerate or respond to it. If a provider offers an efficacy guarantee, ask precisely what it commits to in writing and what happens if you do not lose weight.
