2. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Making a purchase, clicking an affiliate link, or buying any product reviewed on this site has no effect whatsoever on your odds. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion begins on 13 August 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on 31 October 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. All times are Eastern Time (ET). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
- Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law.
- You are responsible for ensuring that entry is lawful where you live.
5. How to enter
There is one method of entry, and it is free. During the Promotion period, submit the entry form on tomsweightlossrankings.com — available in the giveaway pop-up, in the site footer, and on the giveaway page — with a valid email address, and check the box confirming your age and agreement to these Official Rules. Your entry is recorded when the form confirms success.
Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion period. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be recognised as a single entry. Attempting to enter more than the stated limit, or using multiple email addresses, identities, or any automated, robotic, scripted, macro or other device to enter or disrupt the Promotion, will void all of your entries and may result in disqualification.
Providing a valid email address is required so the Sponsor can contact a potential winner. Consent to receive promotional email is separate, optional, and not a condition of entry. Declining promotional email does not affect your entry or your chance of winning, and unsubscribing later does not cancel an otherwise valid entry.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, late, or that the Sponsor cannot verify will be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

Prize: Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbell Set
Description: One pair of Bowflex SelectTech 552 adjustable dumbbells. Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 lb to 52.5 lb in 2.5 lb increments, replacing fifteen separate sets of weights with a single pair.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $429.00 USD
One (1) prize will be awarded. The total ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion is $429.00 USD.
Prize restrictions
- The prize is awarded “as is”, with no warranty or guarantee from the Sponsor, either express or implied. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not the Sponsor, and is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
- The prize is not transferable, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- The prize will be shipped to a valid street address within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. The Sponsor does not ship to PO boxes or to addresses outside the eligible region.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the confirmed winner, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
- The prize is a piece of exercise equipment. The winner is responsible for assembling, storing and using it safely, and for deciding whether it is appropriate for them. Nothing about this Promotion is medical advice. See our medical disclaimer.
- All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner selection and odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. The drawing will be conducted on or about 5 November 2026 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion period.
8. Winner notification and verification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry. The potential winner must respond within 5 days of the date the notification is sent, and must provide a valid full name, shipping address and date of birth so the Sponsor can verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the deadline, declines the prize, is found ineligible, provides information that cannot be verified, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor is not obliged to award the prize if no eligible entrant can be verified.
The Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before the prize is awarded, except where prohibited by law.
9. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, the Sponsor will report the value of the prize to tax authorities and may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or equivalent before the prize is released.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name and state of residence for promotional purposes relating to this Promotion, without further compensation. The Sponsor will not publish a winner’s full name, email address, or street address.
11. Privacy
Information you submit is used to administer the Promotion, and — only if you separately opted in — to send promotional email. It is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Entry data is processed on our behalf by our email service provider. We do not sell entrant information.
You may withdraw promotional email consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Doing so does not withdraw or invalidate your giveaway entry. You may request deletion of your entry data, but deleting it before the drawing will remove you from the Promotion, because we would no longer be able to contact you.
12. Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in this Promotion or from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such a release is not permitted by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or not received for any reason; technical failures of any kind; errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or any injury or damage to any person’s device related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Modification, suspension and cancellation
If the Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion — the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, and to select the winner from eligible entries received before the action was taken. Any material change will be posted on this page.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or acted in breach of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
14. Disputes and governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be resolved individually, and you agree that you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Nothing here deprives you of any right you have under the mandatory law of the place where you live.
15. Void where prohibited
This Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
16. Winner list
To request the first name and state of the winner, email hello@tomsweightlossrankings.com with the subject line “Giveaway winner request” within ninety (90) days of the end of the Promotion period.
