These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tomsweightlossrankings.com (the “Site”), operated by Tom's Weight Loss Rankings (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You may quote short excerpts for the purposes of commentary, criticism or news reporting, with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale reproduction of reviews, rankings or the scoring rubric is not permitted without written consent.
Third-party trademarks and product names referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative — for identification in the course of review and comparison — and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
5. Affiliate relationships
We participate in affiliate programmes and earn commissions on some purchases made through links on the Site, at no additional cost to you. 6. Opinions, scores and fair comment
Reviews, scores, rankings and verdicts published on the Site are our honest editorial opinions, formed in good faith by applying a published methodology to products we purchased. They are statements of opinion rather than of objective fact.
If you are a company that believes we have published something factually inaccurate about your product, write to corrections@tomsweightlossrankings.com with specifics. We correct factual errors promptly and note the change. We do not alter scores or opinions on request.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK, EEA or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
