What stands out

  • Carries an explicit disclaimer that the experiences in its reviews are individual, may not reflect typical results, and that outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. That is what the FTC's endorsement rules require, and a great many clinics in this directory omit it.
  • Maintains dedicated pages on GLP-1 medication costs in New Jersey and on its own programme costs, though no figures appeared on the pages we captured.
  • Frames follow-up around tolerance and adherence rather than weight lost, which is the more clinically useful framing.
  • Offers EMS muscle stimulation as part of the plan. Whether that meaningfully offsets lean mass loss during GLP-1 treatment is not established — resistance training and protein intake are the evidenced interventions.
  • States plainly that medication is prescribed only after full evaluation by a licensed provider.
  • Does not identify whether the GLP-1 is branded or compounded.
  • No prices appear on the pages we captured despite dedicated cost pages existing.

Questions to ask before you pay

These are things we could not settle from published pages, or that we think are easy to misread. Get answers in writing.

  • What does the programme actually cost — the cost pages exist but carried no figures when we captured them.
  • Is the GLP-1 branded or compounded, and which pharmacy dispenses it?
  • What evidence supports EMS treatment for preserving muscle during weight loss, and is it charged separately?
  • What clinical criteria are used?
  • Is lab work required, and at what cost?
  • No refund or cancellation terms are published.

May suit

A New Jersey patient who wants medication combined with nutrition and activity planning rather than a prescription alone.

Limitations

  • No pricing captured despite dedicated cost pages.
  • The medication type is not stated.
  • New Jersey only.
  • EMS is offered for a purpose it has little evidence for.
  • No refund, cancellation or published eligibility criteria.

Frequently asked

Will EMS protect my muscle on a GLP-1?

There is no good evidence that it will. Electrical muscle stimulation can produce contractions and has established uses in rehabilitation, but it is not a substitute for progressive resistance training, and no trial supports it as a countermeasure to the lean mass loss seen with GLP-1 therapy. The interventions with actual evidence are resistance exercise and adequate protein intake. If EMS is offered, ask what it costs and treat it as an addition rather than the plan.
