What stands out

• The audience is the plan sponsor, not the patient — the first question on the intake form is whether you are an employee, employer, broker, TPA, PEO, union or benefits administrator.
• States its partner pharmacies third-party test every compounded lot. Batch-level testing claims are uncommon in this directory and worth asking to see.
• Publishes no consumer price at all, because the price is negotiated with the employer. An employee cannot work out their own cost from the site.
• Its terms make explicit that the clinical relationship is with the practice, provider, lab and pharmacy rather than with Agile Telehealth, even where Agile's logo appears on the portal.
• Cites employer-survey figures on GLP-1 coverage as part of the sales argument to benefits buyers.
• Not available in all fifty states, though the states served are not listed.

Questions to ask before you pay

These are things we could not settle from published pages, or that we think are easy to misread. Get answers in writing.

• If your employer offers this, what is your actual out-of-pocket cost — the site publishes nothing you can check it against.
• What happens to your treatment and your data if you leave the employer or the employer drops the benefit?
• Which pharmacies are used, are they 503A or 503B, and can you see the third-party test results for your lot?
• Which states is it actually available in?
• Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved. Do you understand what that means for oversight and recourse?
